I knew a person from high school who went into the Navy and wanted to be a marine biologist. I hear that MIT has a marine biology program. Maybe you can check them out.

For Marine Biology, the first thing that you need to first receive is a high school diploma or an equivalent to the high school diploma. The next step is to get a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from a University. In order to get a job in Marine Biology you at the very least need to have the bachelor's degree. For classes, that can depend on the type of University that you go to, as each of them may have different requirements in order to obtain the degree. Afterwards you can get advanced degrees (Master's and PhD's) in Marine Biology. There are some jobs that require a Master's or PhD level degree.
