What's companies or organizations hire aerospace engineers?
I don't know any other besides Boeing, Lockheed, and Northrop. #aerospace-engineering

The thousands of suppliers that supply these large aerospace companies with most of the systems and subassemblies that go into the aircrafts, also employ Aerospace engineers. So everything from landing gear to seats will be supplied by smaller companies and those will employ Aerospace engineers as well.

Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Blue Origin, Space X, RUAG, Leidos, Aerojet, Dynetics, Ball Aerospace, Honeywell, Airbus, etc. Huntsville Alabama aka rocket city has all those companies and they are proud of their Aerospace background.

You may also consider government employment. There is NASA, FAA, NOAA, the military and state governments. Look in their websites. Usually they have job postings that can give you an idea of things they require. You might be interested in knowing that Aerospace Engineers have various disciplines. You don't have to graduate as an aerospace engineer to work in that field. Electrical, mechanical, structural, computer engineers, to name a few, can work in aerospace.
Find out about the regulations that must be met by aircraft manufacturers. Finding out about those is important for designing safe equipment. https://www.faa.gov/
