Hi Jiale,
I would say that in whatever subject you study in school, there are a variety of things that you can do. Connect with your fellow students. When you have a question, ask for help either from the students and the teacher. The teacher may have office hours where you can get assistance one on one. Make sure to be involved in labs that are included with your classes. There should also be assistance at the student union on your campus.

I definitely recommend getting a tutor if you're struggling in chemistry. Look into if your school has any free tutoring programs because a lot of places do have peer tutors and I found that resource incredibly useful when taking chemistry. Also, khan academy and other youtube channels can be great resources.

If you can, try to take chemistry classes in your high school or over the summer, try to take chemistry at your local community college. There's a youtuber "Organic Chemistry Tutor" that explains chemistry concepts very well. In addition, you can find online chemistry textbooks online and self study.
