Sandra’s Answer

As of 2022 there is a high demand for residential interior designers, especially new ones just coming out of school. Experienced designers need assistants and can train on the job. There is competition with multiple companies trying to hire the same designers and we need more designers entering the field. So for us right now I would say residential design has a very high higher rate—nearly 100%.

Rebecca’s Answer

I don't know a specific rate or percentage, but the field is busy these days! Jobs seem to be relatively easy to find for those who are qualified, and there are many related careers as well.
