What are some good Universities in the US?
I want to find a university with a 2-year Dental Hygiene program, but I haven't found any when I've looked online. Are there any universities in the US that offer a good 2-year dental hygiene program? #college-selection

https://www.nursingprocess.org/dental-hygiene-programs/minnesota/ and https://www.mndental.org/careers/dentistry/hygienist/ have info on Minnesota schools.
https://successfulstudent.org/best-dental-hygienist-programs/ and https://www.niche.com/colleges/search/best-colleges-with-dental-hygiene/ have list of top US schools. You'll have to decide if going out of state and the higher tuition costs would be worth it. I'd think that you're better off getting a degree in Minnesota since it would likely be 1/2 the cost of not less.

Thank you very much for this advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.

Many good dental assistant programs are at community colleges rather than universities.
It would make sense to check with local dentists to see which programs they recommend. They are the best judge of how good a program is, since they hire and supervise dental assistants. You may also find it helpful to talk to current dental assistants about where they learned their profession and the nuts and bolts of dental assistant programs.
