The university of Houston is a great college for people who are in the LGBTQ+ community. The college has nice safe spaces and people who are accepting of their fellow students. It is also one of the most diverse and largest schools in the country.

The University of Washington-Seattle is a good college that has many resources for those in the LGBTQ+ community. The school also has different schools in Bothell and Tacoma as well, and if you go to one of these schools you will have access to the Seattle location resources.
In the link below, I have added a link about some more colleges that are LGBTQ+ friendly for the year 2022. Hope it helps!

Hi Samuel,
I am glad that you asked this question on this forum. I did a quick search and found that I didn't quite believe the schools that were listed on some of the websites. As I am not sure how many responses that you would get here, I would say to check directly with websites with schools you want to attend. Check for the presence of LGBTQ+ resources and groups and how they express their support. I mention this because it is about personal preference. Just because I love coffee doesn't mean I love Starbucks. You need to blend what is offered with what is most important to you. Think about what acceptance means to you and look for those elements.
Another thing to consider is maybe look at cities known for their LGBTQ+ support and then look for schools within those cities. College life is often more about where you live than just the small geography of a college campus. Being able to be your authentic self everywhere you go is so important. So consider that maybe the school doesn't have everything that you want with regard with LGBTQ+, but the city has it. I went to a great school in Oregon, however, the small time atmosphere was negative. I couldn't be my authentic self there, so finding a place where I could be allowed me to do better with school. I would consider geography to be a super important additional consideration as you look for schools.
