If you have the passion for cooking and food it will never be hard, any job can be stressful.
you're going to be standing and moving around for at least 8 hours you might also need to be lifting heavy pots of food, carrying large bags of food, and stocking food, which can put a strain on your body.

if you maintain organised well, and hold a good positive attitude you can definitely succeed without any stress, as you will face many critics and bad feedbacks sometimes don't let it pull you down at all and learn from it.

what is better than cooking a good meal for people who enjoy , loves and appreciate well-prepared food, its rewarding.

Good Luck!

William’s Answer

Devon- Obviously every situation will be different, and it's important to keep in mind that even the most enjoyable and rewarding careers can also be stressful! Although lots of fun, memoirs like those written by Anthony Bourdain or Bill Buford can give a somewhat skewed and sensationalistic view of the stress of the job. Start locally - find a restaurant you enjoy in your neighborhood and ask if you can speak to the chef at their convenience. Talk to them about their experiences!
