If it is a resume, you have a choice. If it is a job application which asks for "All" your past experience, failing to list them is a lie.
Why did the jobs last only a few days? Were they temporary? Did you quit? Were you fired? There are many questions that will need to be answered in an interview. If you did something wrong, are you prepared to admit it was your fault, and not blame someone else? Employers like to hear you accept responsibility for your mistakes, and show that you learned from them. They don't like when you blame someone else, EVEN if it truly was someone else's fault! If you were fired for absenteeism due to transportation issues, what have you done to make sure it does not happen again?
If you are still in school, looking for part-time or summer jobs, employers understand, a little. Also, on your resume, most people list only the month and year, not the actual dates, so it will at least appear as if you worked there a month. If it was a temporary job, state that in the job description, so they won't think anything bad about it. If you quit or were fired, don't say that! Wait to explain it at the interview, if asked.
Identify the skills you learned and the tasks you performed. Don't go overboard, but do make it sound good by saying things like "quickly and accurately" handled cash and credit transactions.
Best of luck!

It depends what you are applying for and how relevant they are to the role you are applying for. Do you have much work experience besides the two jobs?
I would perhaps put them down and make sure any duties and skills practiced are written alongside each.
