Hi Ena,

I had the same issue in my undergraduate, what i did was to reach out to friends who have taken accounting who could tutor me. If not, you can create a study group with your classmate and help each other out.

Hi, don't feel discouraged if you are having difficulty with accounting classes. It is one of those subjects that sometimes just doesn't click, but once it does, it becomes much more manageable. In addition to the online resources listed above, I recommend talking to someone one-on-one. The best options would be either a tutor or the professor, as they have experience teaching the material and catering to individual's needs. Most accounting professors I have had have been more than willing to sit down during office hours to discuss material. Everyone learns differently, so the way the information is presented in class might not always make sense to everyone, but discussing the material one-on-one with someone who understands it can usually make a huge difference.

Hi Ena,

While accounting is difficult, there are alot of great resources on the internet to help you achieve your goal of passing. Geoffrey mentioned a couple of great internet resources. I would like to add another one: http://www.htkconsulting.com/pmr.html

Besides browsing the internet, it would be helpful to reach out to a tutor on campus, seek out individual meetings with the professor or TAs, and see if there are additional resources included in the textbook your class requires.

I hope this helps and good luck with passing your accounting courses!
