What do I need to stay with a large welding company?

I think you should look into trying to do a job shadow. This would be a great way to learn about what the job actually looks like. When job shadowing, it can often be stressful, I remember being nervous about it, but you should try to go in with an open mind. You're just there to learn, and no one expects anything from you.

I would suggest thinking about the other aspects of a job other than the main function. For example, a big part of being a programmer might be being able to work on your own, whereas a big part of accounting, and most jobs is working with people and communicating effectively, although these skills would be useful in any job.

the remuneration.
2. Consider your goal and
objectives.
3. The extent of your INTEREST
and KNOWLEDGE in the
business.
4. Consider the EXPERIENCE you
have in the business, and the
ABILITY to perform the various
activities relating to the
business.
5. You need virtues of integrity,
hardworking, diligence and
faithfulness at all times in the
business.
