What carrier combines Art and Social that is sustainable in Canada (preferably Alberta)?

I've always really enjoyed Art, but I know that in Alberta/Canada's economy those careers will be hard to keep. I also found out that I love history, especially the kind related to culture, political culture, war & language and I would really like to have the perfectness of both worlds, but I unfortunately can't find any. #art #social

Have you considered teaching? Sharing your knowledge of art, history, and/or social studies could be a really fulfilling way to combine those passions.
I'm not sure how many museums are in Alberta, but you might also look into jobs with museums or other historical/cultural organizations - for example, giving tours or curating collections for an art museum could combine your passions.

Hi Ivan, I'm an Alberta resident as well. As Jenn mentioned teaching may be a career choice as it will afford you the opportunity to learn deep skills in those areas of interest and with the global world we live in you can work locally, abroad or remotely. It provides you with some options. I would think Canada's larger cities like Vancouver and Toronto have a larger art scene and may have more schooling options and careers. It provides you with some options. Red Deer has a good college and if feasible you have Edmonton and Calgary are great options. Personally I enjoyed and felt in person schooling was valuable experience for several reasons if you choice that path. Regards.
