Do university graduates earn higher salaries than college graduates?

I've always been told that University was the bread and butter to finding a high salary job. However, my uncle earns six figures with his college diploma. #jobs #graduate #salary #financial-planning

Paul’s Answer

In my opinion it doesn't make a difference. Either way at the end of the day you have to prove to your employer that you can excel at the job. Graduating from a prestigious school may get your foot in the door but you still must do the work.

John’s Answer

Hey Robin,

I agree with Paul. I would add, getting a job immediately after graduating from a prestigious school may be easier, but a degree is the requirement usually, not a specific school. I recommend focusing on finding the right school for you based on fit, cost, and available programs (whether it is a college or university).
