Hello,
Trust me, you are not alone in this. Bringing up a GPA can seem daunting, but trust me, its possible.
Like the answer above, the key is ensuring you are pursuing a major/minor that you are passionate about. The more interested you are in a topic, the easier it is. If you are strictly looking to boost your GPA, take electives that count towards your degree progression. Electives are a great way to boost the GPA with the flexibility of finding classes you will enjoy.
If you are already in a major/minor you enjoy, and you've exhausted your electives, try studying sessions and tutoring. College course difficulties can greatly be reduced if you have good time management and a discipline to studying.
Good Luck

Hi Meschel V. I see that you posted this question a little while ago so I hope my answer to you (or others who may read this response) is still helpful.
In addition to the good guidance provided in the previous answer to your question, I offer that another way may be to retake a class where you got a low grade. My answer here assumes you have already started your college program. In my case, I decided to retake a physics class when it became clear that I wasn't going to end it with a decent grade and I had passed the window to drop the class. Wasn't an easy decision to retake the class but I am glad I did because it turned out to be the right decision.
Hope you find this helpful and best of luck to you!
