How friendly is the atmosphere in the industry of game design? Does the industry treat people well?

Like is it a welcoming career and such, all I really know is that there is good pay

Thank you comment icon I am not into gaming so I really cannot tell you much but what I usually tell people who love playing games and are into gaming is that if love doing something why don't you also make a career of it by taking a course in gaming design which doesn't take that long to do. If you are not the schooling type go to game competitions or you can stream your game play online and grow your audience and make money off it. That's what a lot of people are doing but if you intent to be different than what others are doing all the time take a few month's course in it whiles at the same time do what I mentioned above and try to get an internship with one of these game design companies just to get your foot in the door of the gaming industry. Game designers and creators in the game industry are making a killing when it comes to the amount of money they make and you can too. Don't give up you can do it. Tobias Mensah
