What skills do you believe are most important in the role of a Medical Administrative Assistant ? Why ?

I'm a high school graduate. I'm currently enrolled in job corps for MAA trade and I would love to learn and know more about it.

The role requires a lot of diligence and patience. Simply, you are helping someone who is not well and have to understand their unique condition with care and empathy. Hence, diligent communication skills to make sure the person you are assisting has been understood thoroughly well, so the appropriate treatment can be provided by the office you work with!
