There aren’t really any zero interest loan programs for student loans, I would beware of these programs if you do find any. Most of them have really rigid and hard repayment schedules with steep penalties if you miss paying it in full by the deadline. You mentioned you have FAFSA grant, but FAFSA also offers loans you can take with really low interest rates in addition to the grant. In my opinion the FAFSA student loans are the best option.
Edit: There are loan forgiveness programs if you go the FAFSA loan route, these would involve not having to repay the loan at all and are worth looking into.

no-interest student loans are typically offered by nonprofit organizations, government agencies and private companies. The best way to discover interest-free loans for students is to check with the following sources:
High school guidance counselors
College financial aid offices
Local chambers of commerce
Rotary clubs
Local nonprofits
State education departments
Fraternities or sororities
Religious organizations
Be aware that many interest-free loans for students are limited to residents of certain geographic regions, which is why it helps to start your search close to home. Others, though, are open to pretty much anyone (provided you are a U.S. citizen).
