Sachin’s Answer

You will get all the skill that are required to be a data scientist like - programing, statistics, data visualization, etc by doing a college degree or a certification from a reputed institute. Look into IBM data science certifications. Many of them are free or cost a small subscription fee.
I want to also highlight that as a data scientist the majority of the time you will spend will not be in coding or other prescribed scope - it will be in data cleaning (getting the best data). This is an important step that forms the base of a good analysis and any meaningful insight. So more you learn about data scrubbing - the how to's, why, who to talk to (soft skill), etc the better data scientist you can become.
