Hello Khristopher, my understanding is the Labor laws allow companies to work up to 12-hour shifts. Most construction companies don't work while it's raining or cold weather.

I’d say it depends on the company and the crew. Obviously the customer and employer want the job done. I have worked 12 and 14 hour days at times. Other times only 8 hour days. It would really depend on the company and how they run their business. I would recommend a willingness for the long hours but that’s where the big pay checks come from too. Long hours aren’t always easy but they pay off well.
