Is it a physical job?

I am studying to be a business intelligence analysist.

Thank you comment icon Hi, Will. Could you be more specific about what you mean by "physical job"? I'm not sure Professionals are going to be sure what you're asking, and I want to make sure you can get the best advice possible! Alexandra Carpenter, Admin
Thank you comment icon I agree with the answer that some additional clarification would be helpful to make sure we answer your question properly. In my experience a business intelligence (BI) analyst role would be a job that would be done almost completely on the computer or meeting with clients. There wouldn't be a real physical aspect of the job. It's usually a lot of analyzing patterns in business data to help turn business data/statistics into actionable steps for the business, or building actionable business reports using software tools such as PowerBI etc. In order to analyze or build such reports you usually need to meet with your clients to understand the business needs etc. Diana Y

No, it's not a physical job. It would mostly require you to sit in front of a computer.
