Time Management and Organizational Skills are key elements to success and life, but they were also areas that I had the greatest amount of struggle. The most important thing that I did to help me change this outcome was to take courses in Project Management. Project Managers/Client Managers have a wealth of varied skills that they implore in order to ensure successful progression and outcomes of projects. I do not make excuses for poor time management and I keep everything in neat and logical order. Take some time to delve deeper into the learning that goes into becoming a successful project manager. You will appreciate how it greatly enhances your life and career.

Time management is super important to work on. My tips : keep things in a calendar. Set yourself quiet hours when needed. Put everything you need to do in a to do list. Keep things categorized. Take things on one by one. Do things early, rather than last minute. When you procrastinate (I sound like my high school teachers) you are bound to miss something. If you do things early, it will give you room for error. Then you can be keep your head at ease . And We are all human. Remember if you can't take on more, do not ask for more until you are ready. Having a schedule is super important. If you keep a certain time to do certain things, it will be like its normal.

Hi daesean S. I see that you posted this question a little while ago so I hope my answer to you is still helpful.
In addition to the awesome answer already provided, I invite you to consider an alternative approach to getting to an answer for your question. The general process of creating something new...if you think about it...creating something...that is an activity that generally takes some time primarily because if an individual wants to create something of value, they generally have to put some thought into what it is they want to create. I share this premise as I see it as a possible application to your desire to create/find new markets for yourself.
As I think about your question in the space of time management, many of us struggle with that. And if we aren't careful (meaning if we don't find ways to get better at time management), that can hinder our progress in many ways throughout our personal and professional lives. So my recommendation when an individual is looking to tackle something as important as how to get better with time management, is to start small. What if you were given a weekly task...something that you know you are required to do every week. Make a note to yourself..how long does it take you to do this same task every week? Then ask yourself, what happens if I breakdown this task into smaller pieces? Does it make sense to do that? If I do, can I get parts or all of this task done faster? Is there something happening before I start this task that I can use to help me get it done faster? OR Is there something happening before I start this task that is causing me to take longer to finish my task? As you ask and answer these types of questions for yourself, you are likely to find pockets where you can get time back...and when you do, ensure that you have a plan of what you will do with that extra time. In my opinion, you will know that you are getting better with time management when you see how much more you get accomplished in a day, a month, a year because one thing is for sure...time keeps moving and the amount of minutes, hours, days in a day/month/year don't change. What we do with the time we are given...more often than not, that is us up to each of us as individuals.
I do hope you find this answer helpful. Best of luck to you in your journey!
