I would like to answer by writing the positive attitudes of an excellent Anesthesia technician.
Keeps anesthesia cart well stocked and can be proactive in getting equipment for a particular case.
Understands Logistics of anesthesia equipment as most of the stuff is back order.
Works as a backup for anesthesia care team and knows when and from where to call for help.

The problem of the anesthesia speciality is it’s has no time to finish your work. Not like other medical branches. You always in the theatre under stress and work under pressure and you must be alert. The problem is that the anesthesiologist can’t correct his fault because we are dealing with the soul of the patients not with their bodies.
