Hi Rylan! Business Analysts focus on collecting and interrupting data to help an organization make strategic decisions in how they operate. They are usually familiar with statistics, using the coding language SQL and web development. This role will be mostly at a computer. In the next steps I have provided you a link with more details about what an analyst does and the skills they need. Good luck!

A business intelligence analyst would be an office job. It is a job that, in the current work environment, has a strong possibility of being remote as well if you’re interested in a career that would allow you to work from home or have some flexibility in where you work from.
As a business intelligence analyst, you would be taking large data sets and performing analysis like looking at trends or building metrics to measure a company’s performance, for example. As an analyst, you might present your findings to management in order for them to make informed business decisions.
I’m not a business intelligence analyst but I am a financial analyst, and I really love my job! This is a great job for someone who is a problem solver and likes puzzles. I think its a lot of fun taking large datasets and turning them into something that is usable and makes sense to others. Data tells a story when you know how to work with it.

More than likely, you will be in an office environment. BAs are mostly embedded with the IT teams and learning from the business partners what their requests are. Perhaps if you find a company that does outdoor work (fleet management, arbor or landscape, architecture, etc) your business partners may need you in outdoor setting so you can learn their needs. I worked for a large sports turf company and I had to attend outdoor installations to help understand their requirements.

I agree with Ann's answer. I would also add that, depending on the organization you work for, you may be a remote worker, which only requires a laptop and internet connection. That means you can work outdoors! I often work out on my deck or sometimes even in the park or up in the hills using my smartphone's WiFi connection.
