Psychology will be a part of your Undergraduate degree. To be ready for pre-law try to explore Associates in Criminal Justice, I am pretty sure you’ll be in the right direction. Another thing is Political Science, try researching this and see if it interest you.
Good luck. Wish you success.

Hi Amity! Psychology is an excellent degree. It's also very interesting and the knowledge/skills you'll recieve are transferable across multiple industries. I'm a pharmacist who went on to complete an MBA. I was surprised to study many psycology related topics. Goes to show you need this to understand and manage people. As a lawyer, you will be interacting with diverse people. Psychology will place you in a better position than your peers in understanding your clients, their needs, building a rapport and ultimately offering winning solutions. Hope this helps.

Earning a Psychology degree is good for multiple career options. For example, I'm an HR Business Leader at IBM and I use my Psychology degree everyday. Taking Psychology courses has helped me understand why people do or act the way they act. My Psychology degree has helped me understand personality types and how to word questions in a way that does not put the other person on the defensive mode.
You rock! This advice is very helpful.
