Hi Dartavious,
Web browsers. Cloud services. Operating systems. Office software. Games. Hardware devices such as Surface. Programming languages. That’s some specialties Microsoft got there.
But it’s main core of business and what is most being used as their products at this moment is MS Office and Windows. Though they’re moving from the focus on their Windows operating system to cloud services and they seem to have hit the jackpot with that. Cloud services run on their company premises as opposed to businesses having hardware to buy or maintain or for staff as well to do so. MS Office they got down to a science.
For personal use of computers, I can’t speak for all Apple users, but for many the Mac is a dream, many are happy, happier with it’s operating system than Windows, less bad hair days they say and less getting stumped by problems.
Their game business, Xbox and it’s games are pretty good, only next to Sony I believe.
Their programming language business is top notch and many technology professionals want at the top of their skill set for jobs. .NET, C#, VBA, ASP, and so on.
MS Surface, like the iPad, they got that right, now a solid business for them, especially for businesses, but lags greatly behind the iPad, especially for consumers.
Web browser such as Edge is smooth as silk in my experience, but worth considering Chrome and Firefox.
Mobile they seem to be nowhere in sight. At the dead end. Stopped dead in it’s tracks by Apple and Google.
As a business, it’s financial condition, impressive presently, future looks very bright by Wall Street expectations.

You can find this information on various business sites, on Microsoft's website (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Investor/company-overview.aspx ) and in the Microsoft SEC filings/annual report (https://www.microsoft.com/investor/reports/ar21/index.html ).
See, for example, https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/MSFT/profile/ which describes it as follows:
"Microsoft Corporation develops, licenses, and supports software, services, devices, and solutions worldwide. Its Productivity and Business Processes segment offers Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Security and Compliance, and Skype for Business, as well as related Client Access Licenses (CAL); Skype, Outlook.com, OneDrive, and LinkedIn; and Dynamics 365, a set of cloud-based and on-premises business solutions for organizations and enterprise divisions. Its Intelligent Cloud segment licenses SQL, Windows Servers, Visual Studio, System Center, and related CALs; GitHub that provides a collaboration platform and code hosting service for developers; and Azure, a cloud platform. It also offers support services and Microsoft consulting services to assist customers in developing, deploying, and managing Microsoft server and desktop solutions; and training and certification on Microsoft products. Its More Personal Computing segment provides Windows original equipment manufacturer (OEM) licensing and other non-volume licensing of the Windows operating system; Windows Commercial, such as volume licensing of the Windows operating system, Windows cloud services, and other Windows commercial offerings; patent licensing; Windows Internet of Things; and MSN advertising. It also offers Surface, PC accessories, PCs, tablets, gaming and entertainment consoles, and other devices; Gaming, including Xbox hardware, and Xbox content and services; video games and third-party video game royalties; and Search, including Bing and Microsoft advertising. It sells its products through OEMs, distributors, and resellers; and directly through digital marketplaces, online stores, and retail stores. It has collaborations with Dynatrace, Inc., Morgan Stanley, Micro Focus, WPP plc, ACI Worldwide, Inc., and iCIMS, Inc., as well as strategic relationships with Avaya Holdings Corp. and wejo Limited. Microsoft Corporation was founded in 1975 and is based in Redmond, Washington."

Dartavious,
If you go to Microsoft's web site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/?ql=3, there is a link "All Microsoft" which lists out every product and service that Microsoft has, and you can click on each link individually to get more information on each of those products and services.
Hope that helps.
