What is a new career goal you have?
One of my career goals is to fully accomplish having a part time job while being a part time college student. This goal will relinquish any negative thoughts of adulthood and getting ready for a wise career.

As you move towards finishing college and you are not positive where you are looking to land your first opportunity, remember to follow your passions! Take time to to jot down a list of things you enjoy and have fun doing. It is not about the income you earn, yet rather about what you have a passion for! Find your passion and the money will follow you. The great news is that you can explore different opportunities until you land at a position that has you fired up to start your day!

One of my goals is to be able to present comfortably, yes I know it's OK to be a little nervous before you give a presentation. I joined a communications group at work, we meet every week and we each take turns presenting. After each presentation, we gently critique each other; this truly helps and after a while, I could feel and see a difference. I didn't know if it would work or not but after being in the group for a while I found my presentation skills have developed significantly and I have more confidence when presenting now. Many people have a fear of presenting but don't let it hold you back, acknowledge it, work on it, and you'll see positive results over time.

One of my career goals is to help grow, develop, and guide talent. I work in the supply chain arena that is constantly changing and facing new challenges. Helping to guide the team to making decisions and suggestions that help us meet our overall goal is very rewarding.
