Sam’s Answer

There are several positions that work on creating a video game. Artists, story writers, computer programmers, data analysts, customer surveyors, ect. Determine which direction you are most interested in before picking a school. An artists school program is going to be very different than a data analysts'.

Yessica K.’s Answer

Hi Billy!

My son is interested in video game programming and we have found a number of schools in the US that have degrees on this profession. You can get a BA in Game Design Art and a BS in Game Engineer. Cogswell College in San Jose, California has a number of degrees on this profession that you can look into. There are many other colleges and universities. You can see just based on the names above that you can get a degree in Design Art or engineering.

Best of luck,
Yessica
