Molly’s Answer

Hi Kobe! Most of our past presidents have come from Ivy League schools or other very prominent schools. I would strive for A's at a top tier school, and be nice to everyone you meet (potential voters someday).

Good luck! You've already got my vote.

Hi Kobe!

While Molly has a point, let's take a look at the current Democratic Presidential Ticket! Neither VP Joe Biden nor Senator Kamala Harris went to Ivy League institutions for their undergraduate or graduate degrees.

If you want to be President one day, find issues that you care about, learn to listen to others, and keep your eye on the prize. It's super important to study hard (but that goes for any job). Worry less about the name of the College or University you go to and focus on what is the best fit for you in that moment! You can even take time off before studying and work with AmeriCorps or work and travel abroad to learn about other cultures (after all, Presidents do have to work with other world leaders).

I hope this helps! You've got my vote, Kobe!
