First of all, I think it is great that you took the Myers Briggs personality test. This test is really great at getting you to think about your tendencies, however, it is not an end-all-be-all result. Over time, your test result will change as you grow so what you should do with the ESTP right now, is think about why you lean towards these characteristics, how it impacts the people around you, and how it impacts the way you enjoy work.
For example, I am an ESFJ. Upon further reflection, I realize that with my Extroversion, I love talking to people and getting to know them, so I chose a career where I interact with people daily (consulting). My S, or Observant characteristic, says that I am a "doer." It was easy for me to recognize that I do like getting things done, but I recalled back to experiences with school work in High School and realized that beyond just getting things done, I like when there is a tangible finished product at the end of my work. Consulting, happens to provide that for me.
So I can not answer exactly what jobs fit within your Myers Briggs test result, since the result serves as a platform for you to then reflect and explore the details of how you work. Once you identify these details, come and ask the question again and people will be able to guide or provide suggestions to you about a career that might suit you.

Hi Cody, you can check out some jobs ESTPs have in common online. I would say do not limit yourself though (especially because where you are in the spectrum of personality on the MBTI can change over time!) Think about the strengths of your personality--your ability to get energy from others, you ability to get information from your senses, your logical approach and your flexibility, and see if the jobs you are currently interested in highlight those skills. And think about your interests and strengths that may not have been captured by the MBTI as well! Good luck :)!
