How long should the content of a motivational letter (for Scholarship) should be?

cause I'm writing a scholarship and I want to know what is the perfect length for such a letter #scholarships

I would suggest about an essays length so 5 solid paragraphs. That way you can keep your message organized.

If they don't provide a recommend length with the application then I'd imagine somewhere around a page (maybe two). A page is the standard length for a cover letter when you're applying for a job, so I would use the same threshold here. Good luck!
