what type of brownies do most people like

I personally like chocolate / fudge brownies, but I didn't even know there were other types. As an entrepreneur, one thing you might try is to experiment with real customers! This could mean baking 100 brownies and figuring out which ones sell first, or it could mean going onto the corner of a busy sidewalk in an appropriate part of town with a friend or family member and taking notes as you ask 100 random people what their favorite brownie flavor is. You could also go to a brownie shop and ask them what their most popular flavor is.


The only truth that matters in entrepreneurship is the truth you get from the market. Good luck cooking up something special!

I would say "regular" brownies - chocolate/fudge - are most people's favorite type because people know what they are getting. They are a "known entity".
