what cattle do you recomend for ranching

What an interesting question! I have nothing to do with the industry of cattle ranching, but do live in Texas where we enjoy beef! I do know the industry is growing as demand for beef continues to be strong around the world.

In my search to find the best cattle (Angus, Hereford, Galloway, Texas Longhorn, Brahman...) it seems to be determined by location. Black Angus in US is popular, Wagyu in Japan, Australia and some US;
