Hello there. I am a doctor that works in Spain and I think that to be a Medical Administrative needs certain skills wherever you are. One of these skills is to be organized, to think ahead your chores and distribute them in a logical way. Working in the health system is very challenging due to the high interactions with other people so you need patience, communication skills and learn not to take your work personally. Remember that through our work we do a greater good.
I appreciate the details, Thank you.

A typical day is sedentary but busy. You will be assisting with scheduling of patients and providers, need to communicate expectations for appointments (what to bring or expect at appt, etc), clerical duties such as gathering forms, sending/receiving faxes, ordering supplies, sorting thru mail, possibly arranging travel for the providers, helping organize meetings/events.
