Elizabeth’s Answer

Hi Mr Vibes

The best to mediate is wherever you can block the noise and activity around you, in order to focus inward.
I once a baseball movie title “For the Love of the Game” starring Kevin Costner as a major league pitcher. He would be standing on the pitchers in front of a crowded stadium and say to himself “clear he mechanism “. It was his way of blocking out his surroundings in order to focus and concentrate on the task at hand (pitching).

For me personally, my happy place that puts my mind at ease is by the water. I’m fortunate enough to live near beaches /parks. The water soothes me. I also enjoy nature walks.

That being shared, true mediation can be done anywhere, anytime. It’s a meter of focusing inward vs outward.
Thank you comment icon Elizabeth, thank you! MrVibes

Hi MrVibes,

I would say the best place to meditate or for some solitude, is always a beach!! - Nothing beats the sand and water while you are needing downtime or meditation time!

Alyssa’s Answer

Hi Mr. Vibes!

I think the best place to meditate is outdoors surrounded by wilderness. I personally enjoy the sounds of nature and find it very calming. I know you asked where but I also think time of day is important as well. Meditating prior to starting your day can give you a great morning routine to start your day off in a positive way. Having a clear, calm mind going into your day has many benefits including increasing your mood.

Scott’s Answer

This can be anywhere you have the ability to surround yourself with silence and minimal movement around you. If you're unable to find a silent space then you can use headphones which also can be used for guided meditation or soothing music. Find what works best for you!

Zachariah’s Answer

My happy place is fishing with friends at the beach. Everyone has their own place of meditation, I like to enjoy nature and fishing allows me to do that as well as growing a skillset that can be passed on to others.

Cody’s Answer

Hi Mr. Vibes, for me, my happy place is when I am out running. It allows me to relax and clear my mind from the busy day. The best place to meditate and be happy will be personal to you. For some it may be going to the beach, while others it's going on a hike in the mountains. Think of places that allow you to relax and that you enjoy going to.

Sikawayi’s Answer

Hello Mr. Vibes thank you for your question. My son has a large deck on the back of his house, I love to sit outside when the sun is going down and there's a breeze blowing. The reason I enjoy it so much is because it reminds me of better times, like when I was a kid and me and my sisters and brother would sit outside and catch lighting bugs. Best of luck
