Hi Sergio, I can speak to the mechanical engineering job opportunities.
Its one of the most diverse engineering majors and you'll find opportunities in every industry possible. From tech to gas and oil, mechanical engineers are prevalent everywhere. It really all comes down to what you are interested in. Just to give you a taste of what they do, some mechanical engineers are needed for heat distribution in data centers. Setting up those large servers running 24/7 will generate a lot of heat, so mechanical engineers are needed to properly design the cooling systems and configurations of racks to make sure they don't melt (that actually can happen). In oil and gas, mechanical engineers can be involved in drilling to find nonrenewable resources.
I think the better question to ask yourself is what industry/sector am I interested in and what do I want to do in it. That will help you with your career search more.

Sergio, I think that determining where your passion is for your career is an important step. You listed Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, and Art. There are overlaps with all 3.
In product development, the product needs to look good and appealing to the customer. Mechanical engineers work closely with industrial design to develop great products that meet the customers needs and look great.
In Architecture, there is an art side and a technical side. The Art side helps to make the building look great and determines all the interesting features that the people notice. The technical side requires civil engineers, structural engineers, construction engineers, technical architects, and HVAC engineers (ME and EE) to make sure that the building is structurally sound and function as it should.
If you have a passion for art, I would look at industrial design or graphic art as a career path. For Architecture, there is always room for top people in the field, but it is very competitive career and most architects that I know recommend a different career path. For mechanical Engineering, that is a very broad discipline and you can find many ways to apply the degree. I think you should find people working the profession and decide what is right for you. But you should decide before you start college.
