how often does an electrician get shocked?

I would like to know how often an electrician gets shocked due to my fear of getting shocked.

Always follow proper safety protocols and risk assessment. I have worked with voltages ranging from 24 DC to 120,220,480,4000,13800 AC. In the right circumstances 120 volts will hurt you super bad. 13800 definitely not a second chance. Not trying to scare you but I have never been shocked. Like Dave said, follow the procedure and if in doubt don't do it till you're %100 sure.
