1. How hard is it to find a job a as an Electrician in the state of MS?
2. What are the duties of an Electrician helper?
3. What are some of the work conditions an Electrician helper deal with?

Don't know how hard it is to find a job but there didn't seem to be many job postings for just helpers. However, I suspect the pay won't be great and long term growth potential will be limited.

I would look into this rather than just becoming a Helper. Odds are the an apprentice program would be the best path since they'll usually help with schooling etc. There are community colleges, trade schools, technical and vocational schools that you could pay for and attend as well.
For just a Helper the duties for the job will vary widely depending on the employer. I would suspect that it will most be fetching things, cleaning, etc,
Working conditions will also depend on the employer and job site. You could be outside in the snow during winter or inside hot attics in the summer.
