Sunil’s Answer
Hi Lesley.
Good to know your interest in medicine field. Fear of needle is very common in all young adults. And once you deal with needles in the beginning of your career that fear usually goes away. Depending on type of your career in medicine you may be dealing with needles frequently or rarely. So fear of needles should not be in anyway a determinant in the choice of career. Like any fear repeated exposure to particular object are incidence leads to resolution of the fear. Good luck.
