Delia’s Answer

Confidence comes with practice. No one comes to this world being good at anything. There is absolute truth to the saying "Practice makes perfect". And even the best of the best have an off-day!
Then the next thing is to decide whether you're longing for dreams or defining your goals. Aspiration VS. determination are on opposite ends of the spectrum

Sikawayi’s Answer

Hello Andrew, this is a very good question. The first thing I would tell you is there are no guaranty in business, the important thing is to force on the business you're trying to build. If you see where a part of your business may give you problems down the road you just may need to change it. Secondly just because you question yourself doesn't mean that you don't have confidence in your company it just means you want to get it right which is a great thing. Lastly don't be afraid to reach out for help or ask an opinion about a problem, most of all follow your instincts, the further you go in building your company the more confident you will become. Best of luck

Michael’s Answer

For me, its all about giving yourself a milestone every step of the way. Progress towards your goal/dream can be debilitating if you feel like you're going long stretches without any successes to look back on.

I was just talking with a family member who wants to have real estate investment properties, and he was disappointed he did not yet have his first property yet. However, looking at the money he has available for a down payment has increased by 40% since the last time we spoke.

We decided to set savings goals in the short term and that has helped his confidence.
