Thomas’s Answer
The difference between UC and USC is extremely subjective and ultimately not a deciding factor among employers. You can look online and find statistics that may indicate graduates from one school perform better in Marketing jobs than graduates from another, but know that a lot of what you will find are numerical averages, not an actual holistic analysis.
If you are obtaining a Marketing degree at either school (any school really), the things that will differentiate you to potential employers will be your grades, extracurricular pursuits, and networking efforts.

Find a college that's a good fit for you and you will thrive. What matters most is gaining experience whether it's through internships, college organizations, volunteering, etc.

Doesn't matter! It's all about experience and what you do outside of school that will make you stand out as a job candidate. I've done a lot of hiring in my career and I can 100% guarantee you that I don't even look at where someone's degree is from at the bottom of their resume.
