I think you should look into cardiac sonographer or just sonographer in general. You don't need bachelors. You can go for it just after high school and it should take less than 2 years for your education and the pay is very similar if not more than a nurse.

You can also checkout other videos on sonographer and what do they do and all on youtube. Good luck!!

You can take a career as a Medical Laboratory Technician, thus helping doctors to diagnose and give proper treatment to patients. This feels great because you will be contributing to the well being of people by helping them get proper medical care. It is always interesting to know you contribute in saving lives of people.

Hello Hannah,
A respiratory therapy degree should take anywhere from 2 to 4 years depending on the program's length. Most of the medical careers follow the same undergrad pre-reqs and align with each other. An RT degree is a step stone for many other medical careers such RN, Nurse Anesthesiologist, Physician Assistant, etc. RTs do have travel opportunities and branch off to several specialties such neonatal, pulmonary, and even clinical research. It is a very interesting and rewarding career; both personal and professional. The link below offer more information about the school options in your state and employment forecast:
