Hi !! Listen to both your sides. A lot of self introspection is needed. You should preferably, by yourself, write down what would happen to your goals if you went to school and what would happen if you stopped. When you pen down you will have a greater clarity of thought, maybe you may not arrive at an immediate decision but it will definitely help you along a thinking path on which you need to progress.
A lot of thought should go into these decisions. They cannot be taken spontaneously nor can you follow any one person's suggestions since they are your goals and you are aiming to achieve them.
More importantly, have a clear idea of your goals, automatically the path to achieve them will unfold.
One important aspect --from economic point of view, going to school will help you gain more skills and experience.
List your goals
Write down how you need to go to achieve each of them
Speak to someone whom you trust will give an impartial opinion of your decisions.
Have an alternative plan
Take responsibility for your decision. A failure should rebound you back to your plan B. Do not get demotivated.

There is no way that you can consider yourself even mildly successful without completing your Schooling. One can't think of many career options in the event that you are not able to complete your basic training. You need to ask yourself the absolute truth about what made you ask this question in the first place and discuss the truth of those circumstances with those around you (who might be able to understand your situation better).

My answer depends on many things. If you are referring to finishing High School then do so. If you are in college and are almost there. Do it! If you are in college and are very undecided on what you want to do then maybe a short break is in order. BUT, if you have loans they will most likely come due and then finishing might be harder. I guess I need tohave more background info to offer up many suggestions,.
