Which is more rewarding? (Army/Airforce Pilots)
Which is more rewarding a pilot in the army or the air force?
And which one, with enough experience can transfer to civilian life from the military easily?

Every branch has their own strengths and weaknesses. One isn't more rewarding than another. It depends on your conversation with a recruiter and what mission you identify with the most.
I chose the Marine Corps, but I would never push anyone to that branch that didn't feel like it was for them.

Adding to Mr. Juan Jose’s advice I would say that if you elect to join Army or Airforce aviation careers you may be assigned to fly aircraft as per your abilities, temperament and the assessment of your instructors there. It may not be wholly to your choice and liking. For a later day future in civilian flying either as a Helicopter Pilot or a Multi Engine Heavy Civil airplanes you experience from Armed Forces may come in handy if you are selected to fly in those category aircraft there.
