This very much depends on what shape the client is in. If they're just starting a fitness routine then 30mins will be plenty. Relatively fit people maybe able to do 45-60min sessions.
You'll have to tailor a program to each individual to ensure they see progress and enjoy experience. If they don't see results, then they'll move on pretty quick.

Good morning Jonas,
Although I do not train in the athletic space, I have been in learning and development space for over a decade. Training is like a science. You have to consider your client, be intentional about their goals, and focus on the main outcomes that we are looking to accomplish. Obviously in your space it is important to consider rates, create your game plan, and make sure your client can handle the ramp up.
