Hi Raissa! Many schools require you already have your Bachelors of Science in Nursing (depending on how long that takes). After becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) most CRNA programs require you to have at least 1, some require 2 years of ICU experience to apply to their program. Once you are accepted depending on the program you are accepted in, it can be anywhere for 2-4 more years. Then pass the exam once you finish your program. Best wishes on your journey.

Hello! Once you become a nurse you’ll need icu experience, usually at least 2 years. Many schools require a critical care certification and it’s a great idea to shadow a CRNA as well before applying. Best of luck!
