Was it scary trying to become a veterinarian?

It's not scary to become a veterinarian, it is actually very gratifying when you see through your patients' eyes the relief, but the better part is the way they manage to say "thank you", like licking, jumping on your lap, hugging, making adorable noises and so on.
Unfortunetly nothing is perfect... There is lots of hard decisions you have to make and some of your decisions might work unlike some others.
But keep in mind that all the decisions made and whethever the result of your decisions, you will aways be learning something new, and this something will, and I promise you this, help other patients in the future.

I am currently studying veterinary in University in the UK. There have been hard decisions you have to make learning wise sometimes, as your thoughts and opinions can conflict your thoughts on the animal. Such as wanting to save the animal no matter what, but knowing you are trying and attempting to save that animal or make it better, even if you have to say goodbye to them, makes it worth it.
