An honors class means more rigor (harder) where a “normal Bio class is a high school level. I would advice after taking honors bio take an AP Bio class. That looks good on your transcript. Plus AP classes are college level and you maybe able to not take a class in college by passing the AP exam at the end of the course.

Charles’s Answer

If you’d like to feel more prepared for a college level Biology class I’d definitely recommend taking a more difficult level class (such as honors Biology). Now, if you’d really like to set yourself up nicely for the pre-med track in college, I’d recommend taking an AP science such as AP Biology considering you may be able to receive college credits for biology which would mean you wouldn’t have to take it in college.
