What good colleges are in california for an average student who is looking to major in business or pharmacy?

Based on experience I would suggest you complete you first two years at a community college that is affiliated with one of the Cal State (Berkely, Santa Cruz) etc. The cost will be considerably less and if you focus you can get a higher grade point average and be competitive in a four year college
