What is my passion and daily goals?

I really try everyday to wake-up being positive and giving myself words of encouragement for the day. A good breakfast helps as well to give myself a semi-full stomach to feel better through-out the day.

Hi Caitlin! It sounds like you are off to a good start. I would say that a way to find your passion is to ask yourself: if you didn't have to worry about making money, what would you enjoy doing with your life? Find an activity that feeds your soul and gives you a sense of purpose. The type of activity that you want to keep doing no matter what. Once you have identified what you are passionate about, then you have a sense of what your goal is. From there, you can outline steps to achieve your goal.

Zachary’s Answer

In addition to what has been shared, I think it can be very helpful to challenge yourself to grow and try new things. If you're asking yourself, "what is my passion?" it may well be that you haven't experienced the things that you engage with the most. Giving yourself the opportunity to try things, like / dislike them, and discover more about yourself can be a goal that becomes the answers to your questions.

Jason’s Answer

Passion means different things to different people and comes in different forms. You may have a passion for well-being by being healthy, eating right, etc. Think about what you enjoy doing - what gives you energy? what zaps your energy? what is one goal you can start focusing on today - make it specific and add a date when to achieve it by.
