The more visible that you are the more productive you will be. Awesome job on social media.
Know your audience. Go to barber shops and let them know what you have. You're young, starting a small business, not a side hustle. Wording is everything to some of the audience you are looking for. Small business support small businesses. Talk to the local places and ask to leave flyers with a QR code to your Instagram.
The goal is to get your name out to more than just the high school that you're in. Using Instagram, make sure to add tags. freshkicks sneaker sneakerhead to name a few. Message other sneaker pages asking for advice, sometimes they will repost your stuff. That's called networking. Repost their content. Think of it like a hand shake, if I put my hand out the normal response is to put your hand out... It's not going to work all of the time but it working just once on one of those huge pages can change your page for the better.
Take risk, your community does have events that they need help with. Even if you have to raffle a free pair of sneakers, get "your business name" seen!

Hi Markos
It’s very good you are creating a social media presence but that should not be your only method of marketing your business. i would recommend talking to your friends, classmates and their parents since the parents will be making the purchase.
Good Luck Markos

Hi Markos - great that you're starting to forge your own path as an 8th grader! Start hitting the pavement as many folks do not participate on social media pages. Create flyers and/or business cards and pass them out where ever you go. You could also place an ad in your local newspaper or if your local high school offers a program (ie. football typically offers a large program at the beginning the season) at their sporting events you could place an add in it. A lot of it is word of mouth and referrals so be sure to ask current customers of yours if you can use them as a referral to potential customers. Best of luck!

This sounds obvious, but it isn't all the time. Get your name out to places and people that you would want to work with. Leave flyers and ways to get a hold of you with people you know and business who might be able to share them with a larger audience (and saving you the time too).
