What is being a video/film editor like?
Are there daily schedules, or is it a relatively flexible job? Basically, how does a normal day of work look like?

During crunch times, especially as deadlines for a project approach, your schedule can get a lot less flexible, and you may find yourself working longer hours to get everything done.
